Description:In order to mark and consolidate the market position, there is an urgent need to acquire and implement an automatic lamination line.
- Automation and robotisation of the line allows the introduction and use of new materials — polypropylene and aluminium honeycombs — in the production process, resulting in a high-performance product with emphasis on weight reduction, increased strength and product quality.
- The production of the aluminium honeycomb panel represents a significant reduction in imports and greater autonomy in the manufacturing process.
- The implementation of this project allows Bi-bright to reduce panel costs by approximately 46%, representing a considerable competitive advantage for penetrating and increasing market share worldwide.
